Natiq Ahmadzadeh is an Azerbaijani artist born in Ganja in 1959. For decades, he has dedicated his life to painting, creating works that reflect a deep connection with his homeland, its history, and cultural heritage. On 16 October 2021, by Presidential Order No. 2963 signed by Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Natiq Ahmadzadeh was awarded the honorary title Honored Cultural Worker of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This distinguished state recognition reflects his longstanding contribution to Azerbaijani culture, fine arts, and his dedication to preserving and promoting the nation's artistic heritage.
In 2025, Natiq Ahmadzadeh was elected Chairman of the Ganja Branch of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, recognizing his decades of artistic achievement and his important role in the cultural life of Ganja. In this position, he has worked to strengthen the local artistic community by bringing together the works of Ganja painters and encouraging collaboration among artists. Under his initiative, a gallery was established at Urban Hall in the city center, creating a new space for exhibitions and the promotion of Azerbaijani art.
Throughout his artistic career, Natiq Ahmadzadeh's work has gained international recognition. His paintings are preserved in the collection of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in private collections across Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Norway, and Australia.
